(Fuswilath) 41 : 43

Nothing is told to you except what was told to the Messengers before you, indeed your Lord is the possessor of forgiveness, and He is also the possessor of painful torment.

Just as the soul of mankind is the same, the soul of all Books revealed from Allah to all 313 Messengers is also the same. It is called Adhikr. That means the last Messenger Muhammed and the other 312 Messengers before him were given the same Message Adhikr as explained in verses 4: 163-164 and 21: 24. The body of the Books is only different. Allah is oft-forgiving for those who, after receiving Adhikr, identify their sins and offenses committed before receiving Adhikr, confess them before the Lord, and seek forgiveness for them as explained in verses 39: 53-55, whereas He is giving painful torment to those who, after receiving Adhikr, do not utilize it and hide It from others without propagating It. Such are the inmates of fire from mankind as explained in verses 3: 7-10. It is told in verse 53: 56 that It is a warning from the warnings of earlier. Adhikr revealed to the last Messenger Muhammed testifies and safeguards all the Books revealed from the Lord before, and whoever holds fast to It, holds fast to the Lord and is guided into the Straightpath as explained in verses 3: 101-102; 2: 256; 4: 174-175, and 5: 48. See explanation 4: 163-164; 16: 43-44; 21: 24; 36: 69-70.
